What is Adobe Photoshop?
Adobe Photoshop एक powerful photo editing, image creation और graphic designing software है जिसे Adobe Systems द्वारा विकसित किया गया है।
यह मुख्य रूप से multi-layer raster image editing के लिए बनाया गया है, लेकिन इसका उपयोग graphic design, web design, digital painting और photo retouching के लिए भी किया जाता है।
Photoshop vector graphics, text editing, और color correction जैसी सुविधाएँ भी प्रदान करता है,
जिससे यह एक complete creative tool बन जाता है।
History of Photoshop
Photoshop को 1988 में दो भाइयों Thomas Knoll और John Knoll ने बनाया था।
उन्होंने इसे एक image editing program के रूप में विकसित किया, जिसे बाद में 1989 में Adobe Systems ने खरीद लिया।
Adobe ने इसे “Adobe Photoshop” नाम से release किया — और यह जल्दी ही graphics industry का standard software बन गया।
आज Photoshop दुनिया भर में photographers, designers, illustrators और digital artists द्वारा सबसे ज़्यादा उपयोग किया जाने वाला editing software है।
Executable File Name
Photoshop का Executable File Name है Photoshop.exe
इस file के जरिए ही Photoshop software आपके computer पर run होता है।
File Extension
Photoshop में बनाई गई file का default extension होता है .psd
जिसका मतलब है Photoshop Document File।
इस format में project के सभी layers, effects, text, filters और adjustments safe रहते हैं,
ताकि आप बाद में edit कर सकें।
Example: Poster.psd या Design.psd
Photoshop में फाइल को अन्य formats में भी save किया जा सकता है जैसे –
.jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .tiff आदि।
